  • Categories are the way that classify the FAQs type as FAQs are based on the related topics to make certain explanation & guides
  • Canned Responses can be designed and also be altered so that can reply back any emails to be formatted & attached.
  • The following Category and also FAQs can be added by 3 different listing types (access), public , private and also featured on front page.
