Agent's Tickets Views
Open Tickets View
Open Tickets shows tickets that is assigned to agents. Each tickets has a unique number. This unique number is used by user and agent to keep track of the tickets for any progress.
Answered Tickets View
Answered Tickets shows tickets that has been answered by the agent but still has an open status.
My Tickets View
My Tickets is to show all tickets (new and answered tickets) that is still has open status.
Overdue Tickets View
If the tickets due date is over, it will be shown in the Overdue Tickets view.
Closed Tickets View
Closed tickets are when tickets status have been marked closed or resolved by agents. Can only be viewed by Administrator.
